Angelina Jolie’s Tattoos

One of the famous celebrities with tattoos is Angelina Jolie and love tattoos with at least a dozen tattoos all over her body and has a lot of experience in removal of the tattoo also. She is been loved by the media as well as fans across as she features regularly on magazine covers as well as websites with newer tattoo designs. The tattoos are being covered up with the help of makeup during a shooting of a film.

Here are some of the tattoos on her body:

There is a Gothic letter tattoo saying, “know your rights” between her shoulder blades and it is her favorite brand’s song title.

There is a tattoo on her left shoulder blade that is like a tiger tattoo and it is Buddhist Pali incantation that is written in Khmer script is the language of Cambodia. The incantation is written there for protection of herself and her adopted Cambodian son Maddox from any and all elements of bad luck.

The tattoo on the right arm of her is an Arabic script tattoo that means that strength of will and this tattoo also covers up the abstract lines tattoo that had done together with Billy Bob Thornton.

Angelina also had done roman number 13 on her left underarm to show that she does not believe in superstitions. She also had added V MCMXL to this tattoo as 13 May 1940 is the date when Winston Churchill gave the speech and in that speech he said “I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat.”

Another tattoo on the left arm of her is the words of Tennessee Williams that says, “A prayer for the wild at heart, kept in cages.”

She has also done a cross tattoo which covers the little dragon tattooed in Amsterdam and adjacent to that cross tattoo, there is a Latin phrase which means “what nourishes me, destroys me.”

There is a rune style tattoo on Angelina’s wrist with the letter h and there are numbers on her hand showing the longitudes and latitudes of the places where she got the children and there is a Bengal tiger tattoo on her lower back.
